Witness the traditional art of cheddar cheese making, from the curdling of milk to the aging process. Throughout the tour, take in the panoramic views of the picturesque Cheddar Gorge, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its towering cliffs and lush greenery, the gorge provides a breathtaking backdrop for your exploration. Meeting Point:  Station Street (Stop NS10), Birmingham

Opposite Comfort Inn Hotel

08:45 AM: Check-In and Onboarding


9:00 AM: Departure to Cheddar Gorge

11:30 AM: We will head to the Cheddar Gorge Chees
e Co. for an immersive cheese-making experience. Witness the intricate process of crafting cheddar cheese, from curdling to aging, and indulge in tastings of their exquisite cheese varieties. We will watch live preparations and a 15-minute video.


12:00 AM: We will move towards the mystical Cheddar Gorge Caves with an Audio Guide. Marvel at the stunning stalactite formations and learn about the rich geological history that has shaped this natural wonder. 2 Caves are open to the public.


14:00 PM Lunch Break, Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the gorge, taking in the panoramic views and capturing memorable photos of the picturesque landscape.  Explore the on-site shop to purchase your favourite cheeses and unique souvenirs. Take advantage of the expert advice from the knowledgeable staff to select the perfect cheese to bring home.

14:30 PM - 17:45 PM:

Conclude your day with a scenic walk along the top of Cheddar Gorge, absorbing the breathtaking views. Reflect on the day's adventures before bidding farewell to this enchanting destination.




Explore the Cheddar Village and head to the reservoir built in the 1930s that has a capacity of 1350 million gallons. The reservoir is supplied with water from the Cheddar Yeo river in Cheddar Gorge.

Note: The itinerary is flexible, allowing for adjustments based on group preferences and the pace of exploration. Enjoy a perfect blend of nature, history, and culinary delights in the heart of Cheddar Gorge.

18:00 PM DEPARTURE TIME: Cliff Rd, Cheddar BS40 7XU (on the north part from the caves - follow the road)

20:30 PM: Arrival back to the Station Street in Birmingham
